AUGUSTIN HADELICH will replace her; the concert program remains Montréal

February 6, 2018 ▪ Following the joyful announcement she is expecting a second child, violinist Hilary Hahn has canceled her concert NORDIC LANDSCAPES slated for April 25 2018 with the OSM part as the Nordic Spring Festival. Renowned violinist Augustin Hadelich will replace her and the program for the concert remains the same. Hailed by The New York Times as “potentially one of the greatest pianists of the 21st century,” while The Boston Globe said of a recent performance to be “explosive and a revelation”. In 2016, the violinist won a Grammy award in the category “Best Classical instrumental solo” with his recording of Henri Dutilleux's Violin Concerto, « L'Arbre Des Songe ».
